African Immigrant Services (AIS), a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization, works with African Immigrants and refugees to achieve integration through civic engagement and creative access to resources.
To build viable bonds across cultures, AIS promotes cross-cultural understanding and seeks to influence a more informed public perception and narrative about the assets and contributions of African immigrants and refugees.
Through capacity development, AIS partners with African immigrants and refugees to attain economic self-sufficiency.
Established in 2005, AIS also strives to change systemic inequality and injustice and endeavors to erase their overt and subtle effects.
